Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Window Tint Installer to join our team as a subcontractor in the Tampa Bay area. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for high earnings based on performance. As a lead installer, you will provide exceptional residential and commercial window tinting services while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Window Film Installation: Complete residential and commercial window tint installations with precision and professionalism.
- Consultations & Quotes: Provide on-site consultations, offering customers recommendations on window film solutions based on their needs.
- Sales & Upsells: Earn commissions on sales, upsells, and referrals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business through referrals.
- Product Expertise: Work with a variety of premium window films, including solar control, decorative, safety/security, and specialty films.
- Independent Work: Manage your own schedule and workload, accepting jobs based on availability and demand.
Earnings Potential:
- Compensation: Pay per square foot installed, with additional commissions for sales and upsells.

- Flexible Schedule: Work when it’s convenient for you, with an estimated workload of 10-40 hours per week depending on job availability.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: No salary caps or limits on commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years installing residential and commercial window film.
- Skills: Expertise in solar, decorative, safety/security, and specialty films, with a strong understanding of cutting, heat shrinking, and installation techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality, bubble-free installations.
- Sales & Customer Service: Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide quotes, make recommendations, and close sales.
- Tools & Transportation: Must have your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and general liability insurance are preferred.
