Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in managing events from start to finish, including setup, sign-ins, and distributing materials.
- Travel to Event Locations: Travel to various seminar locations 1-2 weekends per month to support in-person events.
- Sales and Upselling: Provide clients with information about training programs, upsell additional courses, memberships, and services.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients over the phone, answering queries about training programs, costs, locations, and certifications.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including managing sales leads, updating databases, reporting expenses, and maintaining inventory.
- Team Leadership: Manage travel teams during events and ensure the smooth execution of seminar activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and event management. Experience in trade shows or event coordination is a plus.
- Travel: Ability to travel to various seminar locations (e.g., New York, Texas, Las Vegas, Orlando).
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50-60 lbs.
- Work Style: Must be able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
