Responsibilities

  • Delivering superior guest services and ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Staffing, Hiring, Training, and Retention of team members
  • Managing the mentor process & goal setting for entire staff
  • Scheduling a staff of 30+ team members
  • Labor management with the skill of consistently hitting results
  • Daily and weekly management of shifts while upholding QSC
  • Ability to conduct inventories
  • Daily, Weekly, & Monthly food cost management
  • Profit and Loss statement understanding and cost management
  • Manage the repair, maintenance, & overall cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Uphold health & food safety of the restaurant

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year’s management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year’s kitchen experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work a min of 55 hours a week & more if needed
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty)
  • Ability to make effective decisions
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A stable work history with positive references

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Food and Beverage: 2 years (Required)
  • Management: 1 year (Required)
