Responsibilities
- Delivering superior guest services and ensuring an excellent service experience
- Staffing, Hiring, Training, and Retention of team members
- Managing the mentor process & goal setting for entire staff
- Scheduling a staff of 30+ team members
- Labor management with the skill of consistently hitting results
- Daily and weekly management of shifts while upholding QSC
- Ability to conduct inventories
- Daily, Weekly, & Monthly food cost management
- Profit and Loss statement understanding and cost management
- Manage the repair, maintenance, & overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Uphold health & food safety of the restaurant
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year’s management experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s kitchen experience
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work a min of 55 hours a week & more if needed
- Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty)
- Ability to make effective decisions
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A stable work history with positive references
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Food and Beverage: 2 years (Required)
- Management: 1 year (Required)
