Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for employees.
• Assist in addressing issues faced by small businesses, especially in healthcare and employee benefits.
• Ensure employees receive direct cash benefits during medical events.
• Work within a team and independently to reach goals and offer solutions.
