On Site Property Manager Central Broward
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager for a master condo association in the Oakland Park area, primarily serving seasonal residents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property operations, including overseeing clubhouse activities, maintaining property conditions, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have proven on-site management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Board of Directors and liaison to ensure smooth property operations.
- Oversee clubhouse operations and common areas.
- Conduct daily property inspections and monitor vendor work.
- Prepare for, attend, and conduct monthly Board meetings.
- Collaborate with back-office staff to ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
- Prepare property maintenance plans and work closely with vendors and maintenance staff.
- Provide general assistance to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure adherence to relevant Florida Statutes and regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, internet).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and resolve issues proactively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple communities effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required (college preferred).
- Current, valid CAM (Community Association Manager) license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-site property management.
- Stable work history and strong background in customer service and operations.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet client and company needs.
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Occasional evening meetings and flexibility as needed.
