Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage compliance and quality control testing.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• Experience in payroll, workers’ compensation, or risk management.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
