Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Soccer Academy Manager to run and manage soccer coaching academies within a designated territory. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in soccer coaching and business management, or those looking to combine their passion for sports with entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academy Management: Oversee the operations of your own soccer academy, including managing coaches, scheduling sessions, and ensuring high-quality coaching delivery to children ages 4 to 12.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of coaches to deliver engaging and effective soccer training programs.
• Program Growth & Development: Drive growth in your academy by implementing the proven coaching program and expanding the number of players participating in the program.
• Business Development: Handle administrative duties, marketing efforts, and business operations within your territory to ensure a profitable and successful academy.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and players to ensure high retention rates and continued success.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of choosing your hours to work, with a flexible schedule tailored to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of soccer coaching experience preferred. Business management experience is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both children and adults, maintaining a personable and approachable attitude.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in managing or growing a business is advantageous.
• Passion for Soccer: A genuine passion for coaching and helping young athletes develop their soccer skills.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team of coaches to achieve goals and maintain high standards.
