• Track employment progress, maintain client records, and report placement success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or recruitment.
• Strong communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
