Job Overview: Join a dynamic team as a Porter/Maintenance professional, responsible for ensuring the pristine condition of vehicles and facilities. This role is essential in supporting both vehicle sales and service operations through vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance & Preparation:
  Wash, dry, and detail vehicles to maintain a presentable appearance. Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and properly displayed with accurate pricing. Prepare vehicles for test drives and deliveries, including fueling and removing protective coverings.
• Lot & Display Management:
  Organize the sales lot and showroom for optimal vehicle display. Ensure efficient parking and orderly management of vehicles. Assist with special event setups by arranging vehicles and signage.
• Customer Service & Support:
  Greet and assist customers, answering questions or directing them to appropriate staff. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering vehicles post-purchase and providing shuttle service when needed.
• Inventory Management:
  Track vehicle inventory, noting their condition and location. Report any discrepancies to sales or service teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for both customers and staff. Adhere to company procedures for handling vehicles.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Physically able to walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Experience:
